After checkout, complete the Fit Check & Photo Upload Form using the same name and email from your order.

Every steering wheel clipboard order, requires your golf cart make and model along with a clear, Strait – on photo of the center of your steering wheel. Sit in the cart and take the photo while looking directly at the steering wheel. This helps us confirm compatibility and select the clipboard shape before production.

If your design includes a pet, family, member, logo, or personal photo, upload that image on the same form. You may also include names, dates, wording, or special instructions. 

Once we received your completed form, we will review the details and send a digital proof when needed. Production begins after the design and information has been approved..
